Henry brings an advocacy and attention to detail from years of working in the technology industry.

Henry has litigated a broad spectrum of employment claims including wrongful termination, whistleblowers, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, false imprisonment, racial discrimination, gender discrimination and sexual harassment.  Henry's cases have involved small employers such as apartment complexes to multi-million dollar damage claims against large financial institutions.

Henry previously worked at a firm that specializing in complex litigation.  Henry defended companies and public entities in negligence claims involving major property damage and catastrophic injuries.

Henry earned his law degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles and his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  Henry served as a Notes and Comments Editor and staff member for the Loyola Entertainment Law Review.  Also while in law school, Henry prosecuted cases for the Los Angeles District Attorney and worked for the Los Angeles Public Defender.

Henry came to the legal field from the technology industry.  Henry traveled extensively to market, promote and integrate software systems.  He was also part of various engineering teams designing the software and web applications themselves.
