Henry Hoang Pham

 Partner and Employment Litigator

 

Henry Hoang Pham specializes in employment law, but is also a a general litigator. Henry earned his law degree from the Loyola University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Henry practiced employment law and general litigation with two firms before joining Olender Pham. He served on Loyola Law School's Entertainment Law Review where he is a published author. Henry has represented clients in general litigation including employment law, construction defect, and insurance disputes.

Henry litigates employment cases, but he has developed a subspecialty in pregnancy discrimination.  Henry recently settled in a pre-employment age discrimination case involving a client who was discriminated against in the interview process, a difficult type of claim.

Henry litigated for two firms before joining Olender Pham and before that, he worked in Los Angeles and New York as a software engineer coding in C++.
