Sean Olender

Partner and Efficiency Evangelist

Sean has practiced law for more than twelve years and focuses on immigration and employment law.  His experience includes high volume corporate immigration, federal litigation, federal court appeals, opening US subsidiaries, and quickly transferring executive employees.

Sean writes and speaks on law and economics and these interests help him understand the economics of your legal needs and how your policies affect competitiveness and strategic vision.

Sean's passion for technology drove his office to be the second immigration firm in the United States offering online case status access, and among the first 100% paperless law firms.

Sean served on the Editorial Board of San Francisco Attorney Magazine in 2002, after the Board had asked him to edit an entire issue on immigration law for June/July 2001.  Sean served as Chair of the Immigration Committee and Barrister’s Club Immigration Committee for the San Francisco Bar Association in 2001, as a past Member of the Legislative Affairs Committee for NCHRA, and as a board member for the Northern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  Sean has appeared on KGO on the Gene Burns show, on KSRO on the David Glass Show, on Crosscurrents with Ben Trefny and on other broadcast radio and television.

Sean earned his law degree from the University of San Diego and his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
